Privacy Policy – Remade From Pallets

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through either our website remadefrompallets.co.uk or its related sites and services.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.  

To fulfil and satisfy an order, contact form or enquiry placed on our website, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment method, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), or if you contact us directly. We also collect comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and any other interactions completed by yourselves via our sites.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Payment details (including credit card information are collected via our safe methods and payment providers and managed in line with their individual privacy policies)

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

 

Business transfers.  If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

SAFETY SECURITY

We use a range of payment methods for our customer orders all of which are verified secure and safe to use, we do not save payment details and will not pass any information outside of our business.
